Le Menda Residences Nivel Hills Open House

Last July 3, 2021, Saturday, Le Menda Residences Nivel Hills Open House was a success! No amount of rain could prevent our clients from reserving their units and joining in on the fun. Held at the Le Menda Residences Showroom in Andres Abellana Street, the day was filled with fun, laughter, and exciting giveaways.
Our doors opened at 8:00 AM to serve our clients waiting in queue with coffees and sandwiches. Adjusting to the new norm, our management made sure to implement a system where most of our clients would be allowed to wait outside, exercising proper social distancing on a well-ventilated area. We only allowed three clients at a time inside our premises following a unidirectional movement to ensure a smooth flow from the entrance to the exit. Agents from various realties brought interested clients and made unit reservations; international reservations were also made through the use of our online facilities during the Open House from countries such as Australia, China, and Hong Kong to name some.
VestaHomes Commercial Inc. (VHCI)’s Board of Directors Arch. Rey Fuentes, Arch. Armund Claro, and Mr. Nashat Satar, were all in attendance. VHCI’s Operations Manager, Ms. Josie Lawson, was also present during the Open House. The event was also graced by the presence of prominent people in their respective fields; among in attendance were Hon. Luciano Rama, Jr, Vice Mayor of Camotes island, Ms. Ofelia Saberon, Relationship Manager of Veterans Bank, and Mr. Crisostomo Gotladera, Pag-ibig Board of Trustee. Sunstar Cebu was also present to cover the event.
The day culminated with the Grand Raffle Draw with all the agents present who made reservations at Le Menda Residences Nivel Hills. The entire room was brimmed with excitement as all those involved were anxiously waiting for their numbers to be drawn. When the screen started to reveal the numbers of the lucky agent holding the coupon with the same number, everyone was at the edge of their seats—equally excited and nervous. When the digital raffle draw revealed “LMR013”, shouts of joy and a thundering applause filled the room. The brand-new Honda Click 125i was won by Ms. Rochelle Michael of I-Own Platinum Properties Realty and Brokerage; luck was indeed by her side.
